The State of California requires per the “Alfred E. Alquist Hospital Seismic Safety Act” of 1993 that the development of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, licensed clinics and correctional treatment centers work directly with OSHPD architects, engineers and construction staff to ensure the safety and development of such facilities meet the standards set forth by such act. Norwood Construction Services is proud to provide OSHPD inspectors to our various clients throughout California.

Norwood Construction Services has partnered with top IORs in an effort to offer comprehensive inspection of the aforementioned institutions. NCS will adopt the regulations and guidelines set forth by the Facilities Development Division (FDD) Building Standards so that each project meets OSHPD guidelines.
