Green Valley Station (GVS)

Located in Cameron Park, California, GVS property consist of an anchor LONGS, now CVS, and junior anchors Starbucks and SEARS. The project construction was built out at 64,000 square feet. The property is situated on Green Valley Road and Cambridge road. The project was subdivided and leased to sale. The project consists of 8 acres build out, and an additional 5 acres adjacent was sold.

Carillion Corners

Located in Galt, California, The Carillion Corners project consist of two major anchors Rite-Aid and Tractor Supply and in line shops consist of Anytime Fitness, Subway, Papa Murphy’s and other in line shops.

Carillion Corners is situated on Twin Cities Road and Carillion Corners. The project is a 13 acre project with 11.5 acres left to develop.

Norwood Construction Services is one of the owners and represented the owners group. Brian A. Norwood indentified the property and secured a lease with Rite-Aid before bringing in the partners that still hold the property.
