NCS can provide constructability reviews and code compliance reviews that will ultimately save time and money. NCS has reviewed projects whereby the cost of the constructability review far outweighed what would have been expensive change orders during construction. NCS has architects and engineers ready to work with you to save time and money on your project.
NCS can provide value engineering based on years of building, inspecting and developing property whether the property be schools, hospitals, retail, commercial buildings or large HUD housing projects.
