JV LAUSD/LACCD

Norwood Construction Services provided Project Inspection on a Joint use project between LAUSD (Los Angeles Unified School District) and LACCD (Los Angeles Community College District). The project is approximately $20 million dollars. The project is a two story structural steel and masonry building. The building is a Type II construction and is occupancy of “A”, “E” and “B”. The project is expected to obtain the prestigious “LEED” Platinum status. The project consist of an extraordinary cantilevered second floor Library, an indoor swimming pool, multiple classrooms, and energy saving PV panels and solar heated swimming pool.
